25 Days In!

I can’t believe how quickly 25 days has passed! At the beginning of the challenge, I made a promise to cut out beef and pork, and exercise more. It has not been the easiest thing, but I am following @heidi_hamels meal and workout plans on Instagram. So far, I’m down 6 pounds! Did I eat birthday cake at my sister’s party Friday night? Yes. Yes I did. But did I eat it the next day? No! I’m learning it’s about moderation, not deprivation. We have 75 days left! I am hoping that my new adjustments just become my new way of life.

Well we made it through the first quarter of our 100 day challenge!!!! If you’re like us, then you realize that in order for you to meet your goals you have to come up with a strategy!!! So how am I preparing for that ultramarathon?? Well, I have researched and started a plan… today I ended week two of that plan!❤️ What I have learned is that you have to “Make Adjustments not excuses”, these two weeks I have had to adjust my running schedule twice.
